Refund & Engagement Policy
  • Non-Refundable: All payments are non-refundable once an invoice is settled, as time, expertise, and resources are reserved immediately upon engagement.
  • Service Period Flexibility: If timelines need adjustment, the service period may be extended at no additional cost to accommodate delivery, subject to mutual availability and written confirmation.
  • Change Requests: Material scope changes may require a revised quotation and supplemental invoice prior to further work.
Contractual Terms
  • Contract by Invoice: The invoice and accepted quotation together constitute the binding contract (scope, fees, deliverables, milestones, and payment terms).
  • Confidentiality: All shared data and materials are treated as confidential and used solely for the contracted scope.
  • Deliverables & Acceptance: Deliverables are deemed accepted unless issues are raised in writing within the review window specified on the invoice.
  • Compliance: Taxes and regulatory requirements (including GST for domestic clients and applicable cross-border norms) are applied as per law.

Yes. A GST-compliant invoice is issued for domestic (India) clients. Please share your GSTIN (if applicable) at the time of quotation to ensure correct billing.

The invoice and the accepted quotation serve as the binding agreement covering scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. A separate NDA or MSA can be arranged upon request.

Payments are non-refundable. However, we can extend the service period (at no extra cost) to accommodate revised timelines, subject to written confirmation and resource availability.
