What to Include in Your Request

To prepare an accurate quotation, please include as much information as available:

  • Project type: RNA-seq, WGS, metagenomics, small RNA, phylogeny, custom pipeline, etc.
  • Number of samples and biological groups/conditions
  • Organism/species and reference genome availability
  • Input data type: FASTQ, BAM, count matrix, assemblies, metadata, etc.
  • Required outputs: tables, plots, scripts, report, manuscript figures
  • Expected deadline and preferred payment mode

Payment & Project Security

For new international clients, milestone-based escrow through Upwork Direct Contract or Kolabtree is preferred. For Indian clients, bank transfer/UPI with invoice may be used.
